Orders received before 3 PM Monday-Thursday ship same day. All others ship next business day or first of following week.

No Rent assumes no responsibility for any mail order once in the hands of the United States postal service. We send tracking for every order (check your spam). Once it says "accepted" the delivery speed, status and condition of all packages are beyond our control. We can't replace or refund orders that are lost or damaged in transit by not us. If you have an issue w/ an order we always try to resolve it but we can't replace sold out items or guarantee we do anything aside from ship your order.

If you have an issue with a tape that we released but that you purchased from somewhere else, (a distro, discogs, your friend, the artist), we are unable to correct that issue, and we encourage you to instead reach out to the place from which you purchased the tape.

Return Policy
No returns refunds or exchanges. If you are ordering multiple copies contact us first for wholesale rates, we don't retroactively send money back for any reason other than defective tapes.
