Shipping Info: We ship Monday-Thursday. standard orders placed m-th before 2 pm on norentrecords.com ship same or next day. Generally speaking "non standard" multi-set, home dubbed or art editions can take longer. We consider your order our responsibility until it says "accepted" in tracking then its on the USPS. The vast majority of packages arrive fine.
Return Policy: No returns refunds or exchanges.

No Rent assumes no responsibility for mail once in the hands of the USPS. Once accepted the delivery speed, status and condition of all packages are beyond our control. We will work to resolve any issue that may arise but can't replace sold out items and won't issue refunds due to postal errors.
